Terms related to Online Shopping on our website
Shipping Policy
All products sold by Tulsi Battery Power Systems on the website www.tulsibattery.com. All products come with manufacturer’s warranties and supplier’s bills.
Free Installation
We offer Free Installation for Inverter batteries & Car Batteries. Installation of inverter batteries for a location above the ground floor up to the fourth floor (without a working lift) is subject to nominal labor charges of Rs. 100. A working lift is mandatory for installation locations above the fourth floor. Free Installation is only valid for the Pune City area. We do not provide Free Installation out of Pune city
For Inverter Combo i.e. (Inverter batteries + Inverter machine) and the new inverter battery installation, the free installation is limited to connecting with the mains. It doesn’t cover any additional wiring/connections or any electrical accessories like wires, switches, sockets. Customers can ask our customer support team to arrange for any electrical expert to visit the customer’s place for wiring purposes as per electrical expert availability and these services are charged extra as an addon service.
Installation of Solar Products
Installation of Solar Products requires technical expertise. Tulsi Battery does not provide solar installation for online purchases, however, you can get in touch with us at +91 9823570965.
Solar installation charges vary depending upon the locations, scope of work, material specifications, site, the material quality of wires and cables, the area covered, etc.
Delivery
Delivery will be all over India. Generally Delivery may take 5-7 business days to reach your shipping address
There may be a delay in delivery in case of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances like stock unavailability, heavy rains, traffic jams, etc.
There shall be a ‘Delivery charge’ in case the shipping address is nearby (or within 10 km ‘To and Fro’). Delivery charges may vary from place to place. The local city delivery division shall also mutually with customer decide upon the delivery charges which shall be nominal. The customer will be informed in advance of delivery charges (if any) via E-mail, phone or SMS. Only after the customer agrees to pay delivery charges, the product shall be delivered otherwise the order shall be treated as canceled.
Product Warranties
All products sold on TulsiBattery.com are 100% genuine and have respective manufacturer warranty. Manufacturers are solely liable for any promises and warranties made out on the said product. And the manufacturer’s decision over the warranty claim shall be final and binding to the customer.
For commercial vehicles, only 12 months warranty battery is made available by the manufacturers.
Pro-rata Warranty: Under this warranty, if an item fails before the end of the warranty period, it is replaced at a cost that depends on the age of the item at the time of failure. The pro-rata warranty is counted from the date of purchase to the date of complaint.
Please Note: No warranty claims will be entertained without the ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD & INVOICE COPY. In some cases, if the manufacturer does not provide or has done away with issuing the physical Warranty Card, then it is recommended to register the battery Serial No. with the respective manufacturers’ website accordingly. How to Claim Warranty on any Product during the Warranty Period?
- Make sure you have the original bill & warranty card.
- The warranty card is necessary for a warranty claim, in case of loss of warranty card the respective manufacturer has the right to reject the said warranty claim.
- Call the customer care no. of the respective manufacturer and provide details related to your product and the problem you are facing.
- The manufacturer’s service team will schedule an inspection to diagnose and resolve the issue and will provide the product’s service report copy. If the on-site service is not available then the manufacturer may guide you to the nearest authorized dealer/distributor which may or will be chargeable.
- You’ll need to present the original bill & warranty card and handover a copy of each to the service personnel.
- The walk-in warranty service is free. In case if the customer opts for doorstep service, it is only available at a price of Rs. 250 per visit.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing an order. However, if our delivery team have initiated the process of shipping them, order cancellation fee at the rate of Rs. 250 for car battery and Rs. 500 for inverter battery/combo per order will be charged. This is applicable only for orders which have been shipped and are cancelled before or at the time of receiving by the customer.
Once your shipped order has been delivered and installed at its best then you cannot return or get refund of the order in any case. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. The request will, however, be entertained once the delivery person has checked and determined the same at his own end. Unboxing Video and Images are mandatory to claim damage product. This should be reported at the time of delivery of the products.

Refund Policy
Order cancelled for payments done on online payment cancellation fee can be charged up-to 2% of Total order amount.
On successful cancellation the refund amount of item value will be credited to you in the form of a credit to your bank account/credit card/net banking within 7 -10 business days in accordance with the respective issuing banks’ procedures.
